ASWE and the Director-General of Red Cross, Mrs. Stéphanie Lambert, hosted a lunch at le Restaurant Le Tourbillon

On May 23rd, 2023, the Association of Swiss Women & Empowerment – ASWE and the Director-General of Red Cross, Mrs. Stéphanie Lambert, hosted a lunch at le Restaurant Le Tourbillon, a new bistronomic integration concept established by the Red Cross Geneva. The purpose of this event was to engage in a meaningful discussion centered around women and youth empowerment. The presence of Mrs. Tatiana Valovaya, the Director-General of the United Nations Office in Geneva, added a global perspective to the conversation.

Bringing together the Red Cross of Geneva, the United Nations of Geneva, and the Association of Swiss Women and Empowerment – ASWE, the lunch offered a unique platform for these organizations to explore their shared synergies and examine how collaboration and collective efforts can uplift and empower women and young individuals within local communities and on a global scale.
